The first signs of Spring are upon us. Longer and warmer days; sunny and cloud-filled skies; green grass appearing and green sprigs of asparagus poking up through the soil! Asparagus is often thought of as the first vegetable of spring. Its bright green color and notable taste signifies Spring for many people.
Our California production is off to a great start this year. Couture Farms in Huron, CA has been growing organic asparagus for over 10 years and we along with our customer-base look forward to asparagus season every year. We are currently shipping 11-pound and 28-pound cartons. Supplies are adequate for going into the Easter holiday. Look for product to be available through the month of April.
